We want you to be delighted with your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with store credit or exchanges. Please review our policy below for details.
Terms and Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the shipping date. If 21 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot accept it outside of this return window.
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Custom orders: These items are specially made just for you.

Hygienic items: This includes headbands, earrings, scrunchies, and similar accessories.

Sale items: All discounted items are final sale.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing indigochilduk1@gmail.com with your order number and attach clear images of the damaged or incorrect item.

Depending on the situation, we will either issue store credit or replace the item (if available).
Store Credit, Exchanges and Refunds

Store credit never expires and can be used toward future purchases. It is the most suitable option for returns as many of our items are one-of-a-kind.

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will issue you a store credit coupon code of equal value to your purchase, which can be used at checkout toward a future order.

Exchanges are available on a very limited basis, as many of our items are one-of-a-kind. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued instead.

We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return

Email indigochilduk1@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any necessary images (for damaged or incorrect items).

Shipping the Return:

As we are a small business, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a traceable carrier and ensure the package is properly insured.

Keep proof of postage until you receive confirmation that we’ve processed your return.

Once you’ve contacted us to initiate your return, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that our business operates from a residential address, and we share this information upon request for privacy and security reasons.

Customs and Duties: We are not responsible for international customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with returns.

Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit so we highly advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.
